This Privacy Policy describes how 1530816 B.C. LTD., operating as Tensor Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Tensor Labs application and website (collectively, the "Service").

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. When you use the Service, we collect training data you enter (routines, workout history, performance metrics) and device data transmitted from Tensor hardware.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, including personalized training insights, coach-athlete communication, and performance analytics. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for data storage and Vercel for hosting, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance. Workout and device data is associated with your account and is not shared with other users unless you explicitly grant coach access.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers for authentication (Supabase Auth), payment processing (Stripe), and hosting (Vercel). Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your data or delete your account through the app settings.
